Prepare for your Photoshoot

4+ Days Before

  • Skin Treatments & Tanning: Avoid last-minute shaving, tanning, or skin treatments that could cause irritation or uneven skin tone.

  • Plan Outfits: Choose your clothing in advance to avoid last-minute stress. Make sure your selections are clean, pressed, and camera-friendly.

  • Hydrate & Rest: Drink plenty of water and start prioritizing good sleep for a fresh, well-rested look.

  • Practice: Try different poses and expressions in front of a mirror. We will guide you through poses on the day, so don’t worry!

The Day Before

  • Shaving & Grooming: If you shave, do so the night before to minimize redness and bumps.

  • Moisturize: Keep your skin hydrated, but avoid heavy or oily products that can create shine.

  • Prepare Accessories: If you wear glasses, make sure they are clean. Bring any simple jewelry or styling pieces you may want to include.

  • Double-Check Your Outfits: Ensure all selected outfits are wrinkle-free and ready to go. Prepare for traveling with your clothing and accessories.

  • Get a Good Night’s Sleep: Rest well to ensure you look refreshed and energized.

The Day Of

  • Eat a Light Meal: Have a balanced meal to maintain energy but avoid heavy, greasy foods.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink water but don’t overdo it right before your session.

  • Hair & Makeup: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face and dry, styled hair. If using a makeup artist, please be on time for your styling session.

  • Bring Touch-Up Essentials: Lipstick, powder, a comb, and any necessary items for quick fixes.

  • Arrive Early: Give yourself extra time to settle in and relax. Sessions usually cannot be extended if you arrive late.

What to Wear

  • Confidence & Comfort: Wear clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable above all else.

  • Multiple Outfit Options: Bring different outfits for variety and backups.

  • Layers & Fitted Clothing: Jackets, blazers, overshirts, and sweaters add depth. Fitted clothing looks more polished than loose options.

  • Avoid Distracting Patterns & Colors: Avoid busy patterns, logos, or neon colors that can take attention away from your face.
